- Do the crow pose in yoga.
- Weigh under 200 pounds.
- Find my happy weight.

Hey Mary! My cousin, Ryan Dagen told me about your blog and sent me the link. I started a weight-loss journey on this past Tuesday to lose 100 pounds.
