  • Weigh under 200 pounds.
  • Find my happy weight.

Hey Mary! My cousin, Ryan Dagen told me about your blog and sent me the link. I started a weight-loss journey on this past Tuesday to lose 100 pounds. Awesome list! I think I might steal some of those and make my own list. I’m doing my first 5K in April.
