I just want to give a little shoutout to Meredith, the awesome running girl, who completed her first IRONMAN race. I am pretty proud of that kid… she did all 140.6 miles in under 17 hours. That is stinkin awesome… and I can’t even imagine 17 hours of hard work. She is ridiculously cool and more »
