April 6 – 2.5 miles walk

April 7 – Biked 3.7 miles

April 8 – upper body workout, 3 miles walk, Biked 2 miles

April 9 – OFF

April 10 – 3 mile walk

April 11 – Biked 8.9 miles

April 12 – OFF

April 13 – 2 mile walk

April 14 – BodyRock TV Absolute Beginner Workout, BikedĀ 2.85 miles

April 15 – upper body/boxing workout, 1 mile walk

April 16 – 1.5 mile walk

April 17 – Biked 3.7 miles

April 18 – lower body & abs workout

April 19 – Biked 4.3 miles

April 20 – upper body workout (moved up weights!)

April 21 – lower body workout, Biked 8.6 miles

April 22 – OFF (Birthday!)

April 23-25 – OFF Birthday/Easter/Gym closed, 1 mile walk

April 26 – lower body workout, 1 mile walk, Biked 6.5 miles

April 27 – 3 mile walk

April 28 – lower body workout, 2 mile walk

April 29 – Biked 12 miles

April 30 – 1 mile walk
