No video today kids. Feel free to cry. Just kidding! But I sound very manly/sick with my sore throat and case of the sniffles, so I won’t put you through listening to me talk.
I will give you the good news though – I finally hit 10 pounds lost! I’m working this regained weight off so slowly it is ridiculous, but it is going away. I can’t wait until I move out and the sailing gets smoother.

And despite not being “motivated” yesterday it was a great day. I had an awesome workout of elliptical intervals and an hour on the bike doing sprint intervals (sweat, sweat, sweat). I’ve really come to love biking (inside at least – where cars can’t hit me). Also it was a great day for my food intake. It was a good, healthy day despite not feeling motivated to do any of the things I did.
I’m going to keep this short so I can get around to reading some of your blogs today. That will motivate me for sure. :-)
