My mom sent me this recipe this morning via email. It looked delicious so I wanted to share it because I’m always looking for easy crockpot meals that I can dump and go.
Like my mom said, “This is an easy one for your crockpot, it sounds really good on a cold day with broccoli and rice or potatoes.”
I also love this easy crockpot recipe because I’m never been able to master pork chops in any other way. For some reason I’m always intimidated by this particular cut of meat.

The pork chops come out very tender and the flavor is amazing!
You can also use the leftover sauce for a good gravy for mashed potatoes. Use a little bit of flour to thicken up the sauce and use it to make some nice gravy for sides.
Any recipe I get from my mom is always a win in my book. She always makes the most delicious meals and this one is no different! She’s also a pro at making delicious meals in no time which she had to learn how to do while raising four kids.
