I’ve been ignoring the blog and twitter over the weekend. I’m no sure I even want to post right now.
Birthday celebrations were really fun for the past couple of days. I ate lots of yummy food and drank lots of yummy drinks.
But it all left me feeling a bit … blah. Just blaaaah.
Luckily, today is Monday.
Monday is that day.
That day where you always get back on track. The day where the diet starts and the exercise program begins and your life changes. Or at least that’s how it seems to go.
Weekends are full of undulgences and then Monday is the day to get back on track after pushing yourself into feeling “blah.”
I’m a cliche.
And that’s okay. As long as it means I get back in the gym and eat healthy once again.
So I’ll take it. And use my Monday well. And try to stop feeling blah. Maybe blogging will help? Confessing what I’m feeling for a few hundred strangers always seems to make me feel better about things.
I miss my birthday cake already. But I’m ready to start tackling this never ending problem once more.
