Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima has a supermodel body, no doubt about it. Adriana Lima controls her portions by keeping meals in check and sizing down the size of her meals as the day progresses. She says “As the day goes on, I keep going smaller with my portions.” She starts the day with a good breakfast and then ends by eating light.

Here’s the typical day in the life of Adriana…
- Breakfast: egg whites, oatmeal and raisins or muesli with plain yogurt and honey, along with a cup of joe and milk
- Lunch: A portion of meat (fish, chicken or red meat) with veggies
- Snacks: Raw veggies such as cucumbers and carrots. She does indulge her sweet tooth with chocolate too! She also has a daily spoonful of raw honey explaining “it helps your immune system.”
- Dinner: Small salad. She says she sleeps better at night when she eats light later in the day.
Adriana Lima’s Portion Control Diet
Adriana Lima follows the “Portion Control Diet” which basically means she is allowed to eat everything she wants, but only in small bites if it is unhealthy or high in fat. That doesn’t mean she eats junk food all day; but she can have a piece of fat food or even a high calorie food as long as it is a small portion size. This portion control diet has turned her body into a fat burning machine.
Adriana also exercises every day to to stay in shape. She does Capoeira, a Brazilian martial arts combining dance, music, aerobics and choreographed play fighting, and other cardio workouts.

In almost everything you read about Adriana Lima there were two things she always mentioned when talking about dieting or healthy living:
- Lots of water.
- Plenty of sleep.
