After Work Workout

after work workout

Yesterday at 5 I changed into my workout clothes and headed downstairs to the gym.

Yep, I worked out after work!

It was hard to convince myself to do it because I was tired and only had an hour or so before I had to be somewhere else. A coworker gave me some encouragement and I remembered I need to finish my current DietBet strong (I’ve got 10 days left!).

I just have a couple pounds left to lose to actually hit the number set for the DietBet so I’m getting excited. I think I can do it. These workouts at work will definitely help get me there!

Good job getting the workout in! When I was working, my gym was right next door–but getting there after work was just HARD! So, good for you!

Nice job on getting it in! I’m ok with after work workouts, but I lose a lot of steam if I have to run any errands or go home first. Good luck with those last few lbs!

I love after work workouts! Just when i’m annoyed with work, and tired of sitting in a chair all day, i get to work everything out!

Fantastic job Mary. I commend you for getting your workout in. I prefer doing a workout first thing in the morning so that I have it done and out of the way. That way I don’t have the temptation to skip it at the end of a hard day. So well done you!!
PS 40 pounds lost!! That is absolutely brilliant. What an inspiring achievement. No stopping you for sure.

I prefer to work out after work, get rid of some of that tension from the day. Great job getting your workout in!

I just joined a DietBet too. So far it has been great motivation! Good luck with yours :)
