Well, if I was on the TV show I would have been kicked off by now. I’m averaging about one pound a week. Excellent for long term weight loss, not so much for challenges and such. But I am cool with that. As long as its coming off again I’m good.
I’ve been at the gym or walking outside – which is about to stop due to crazy heat and ozone stuff here – every day. I’m doing alright with the healthy eating. Some days, some meals are better than others. For instance, yesterday I ate a salad with grilled chicken for lunch. Then for dinner I ate a chili dog and piece of cake. Heheh. ?
Anyway, here the numbers for this week:
Weight: 243.0
Previous Weight: 246.0
Weight Loss This Week: -3.0
Weight Loss Total: 8.8

Wow, a three pound loss is really good.
I’ve actually found as I dropped weight that I was better able to stand the heat; last summer I never did get really unpleasantly warmed. And so far this summer, I’ve thought the days were pretty nice. of course, it hasn’t yet gotten over 85… I’ll give you an update when it hits the 90s.

That is about as much as I am losing on my mission. Like you said not good for a challenge and I am on one at work but great for life. So far I have been ok with losing just that much. Your doing great keep it up.
If you consistently lost 1 pound per week, you’d be down 52 pounds after a year. It’s taken me a year to lose the last 22 pounds, so I’d take the 52 any day!

I know! I can generally deal with the heat (I might complain, but I get over it) but the ozone thing is killer (um literally). I do like that MATA gives cheap bus rides for orange ozone days or whatever. But seriously, what happened to spring? We had like a week of good weather!
