You may have noticed I changed how the blog looks again. I found a new template for WordPress that I like much, much better. Its the same idea as the last one, just much cleaner. I like simpler designs. Hopefully this one will stick for a while because I am tired of changing over and over again and still not being happy. Hehe.
So, I love reading weight loss blogs because they challenge and inspire me to keep going. I love to see success stories because one day I am hoping that I will also be a success story. (That’s the dream at least.)
I usually start out reading the blogs I know then venture out from there if I have time. Lately I have found a couple of great blogs that I will start visiting semi-regularly. (Hopefully. No promises though with my ever changing schedule.)
Here is what I have been reading in terms of successful losers (haha) … which all happen to be guys:
Confessions of a Guy at Weight Watchers The trials and tribulations of a random guy who has now lost 100 lbs and is committed to continuing on his journey of health.
Trapped Inside My Own Mind Just a 25 year old man-child adjusting to life back in Michigan after spending a year in Los Angeles and hoping to move back to southern California – and losing a lot of weight in the process. My tales of insanity and thoughts on life.
I Don’t Want to Die of a Heart Attack When I’m 25 Name is Tony and I am an overweight panda. I’m tired of all the negative BS associated with being a fat ass. It’s time to get in shape once and for all.
I have run across some other blogs that look cool and am always looking for more interesting reads and cool people. What blogs do you always visit? Have you found any cool new weight loss/fitness/anything blogs lately?
Hhehehe, that’s the whole reason why I designed my own template – it was such hard work that I had to make sure I liked every part of it so that I wouldn’t get sick of it!
I like reading Shapely Prose, Junkfoood Science, Diary of a Fat Teenager, and Eating my Cake. Escape From Obesity has some good posts, though sometimes the things she says I disagree with so much that I feel like tearing my hair out (but I guess that’s what happens when you move away from the weight loss/dieting scene).
@Marshy: I read Escape From Obesity sometimes. Thanks for those other ones, I have never seen them before!
