You guys. The last phase of LiveFit is so hard. Also? It is AWESOME.
I love the workouts so far. Okay, I’ve only done two but I loved them both. I like the higher pace and higher intensity. I like combining multiple exercises and even the active rest periods. Even better I like that I’m burning 1000+ calories in an hour. Booyah!
I’m using my heart rate monitor to time my rest periods and keep an eye on my heart rate while exercising. It’s also pretty nifty for giving me a calorie burn estimate. It’s not 100% accurate but it’s sure closer than any estimated guess I would have. It’s very, very satisfying to see such high numbers.
I have a feeling my workouts for the next month are all going to be this hardcore and this fabulous. I’m going to do them all but I’ve given myself room to take an extra rest day when I need it – like yesterday. This will throw off my nice weekly schedule and I’ll take longer to finish but I don’t think it will be a big deal. I’m not going to force it but I’m still going to complete all the workouts and rock them burning tons of calories.
Also, I think I’m finally doing well with my eating. It took a while but I think I’ve figured out something that works for the most part for me. But I’ll talk about that later. :)
