Weight: 241
Steps to the locker room and back: 64.
I’m satisfied. Seriously. As long as I am on a downward path again we are good. I can’t believe I had such a rapid and high weight gain. I totally just let negative feelings, situations, and lack of motivation overtake my healthy living plan.
But things are going well now.
Healthy me. Healthy you. Healthy 2009.
