Clothes: New Dresses :)

November 19, 2013 by Mary

Do you like the last two dresses I’ve worn this week?

blue dress

Blue dress!! The lady on the bench at the gym cracked me up!

orange dress

Orange dress! I need to find better lighting areas soon.

These dresses have totally boosted my self-confidence for the week because they are so adorable. I’ve gotten quite a few compliments wearing them and that made me feel good. It’s amazing what new clothes can do to boost your self-esteem. I find getting dressed up, wearing makeup, and generally looking cute is a great way to feel better instantly.

What’s better? I got both dresses from the Target clearance section for only $7 each! I love that store so much. So many cute things and I always get a good deal. I’ve got a Target REDcard so I get 5% off all purchases and free shipping. I don’t do credit card debt any more but I do love those perks – it makes Target the best place I can buy new clothes!

(If you want the same benefits, go here: Free Shipping + 5% Off Purchases made with the Target REDcard)

Speaking of Target….

I’ve already started scoping out websites for my Cyber Monday shopping. I don’t really do Black Friday and have never wanted to wait in line to fight someone to buy anything. However, I love a good deal so I try to take advantage of shopping during this time of year. Currently I’m most excited about the deals that will pop up at my two favorite place to shop online: Amazon and Target.

  • Target: Sign up to be the first to know about Cyber Monday Deals
  • Amazon: List of Cyber Monday Deals

Between those two I’ll probably spend all I plan on spending this holiday shopping season but I’m still on the lookout for more deals and opportunities to get what I need for a better price. If you know of any awesome Cyber Monday sales happening, let me know!

I love me some Target too….I have the red card debit card same perks, simply just like my ATM debit card. In addition, I use their Cartwheel app for added savings! Combine those with their mobile coupons AND printable coupons it is AMAZING what you save!

They do have so many ways to save and the clothes are already affordable – it’s awesome! I forgot to mention I use the Cartwheel app and coupons. My last purchase I used printed coupons and cartwheel. It made my frugal little heart beat a bit faster. :)

Loooove Target. Do you have a smartphone? They have an app called Cartwheel that has tons of coupons! Today there is one for 40% off winter boots!

I do! I should have mentioned that app – I started using it after I saw my friend grabbing coupons from it while we were shopping. Such a good idea!

I really have been needing some boots so that’s PERFECT. Thanks for the news, I’m gonna go get me some boots!

Cute dresses! New clothes I love always make me feel good! :D

I’m trying to decide what sort of deals to offer in my shop for Cyber Monday. Really hoping I can make a few sales and actually have some Christmas money this year.

Thanks for posting the link to Amazon’s CM deals- checking it out now!

Your dresses are both so cute. I can’t believe you got them for $7. I’ll have to check Target out more often.

You should! I love me some Target. The dresses were $7.37 on clearance and then 5% off and I had a $5 coupon off the whole clothes order over $25. It was a killer deal. Check out Target often, they are always having great deals.
