Right now I’m restocking my workout wardrobe. It seems that I’m unable to keep up with my laundry when I’m working out daily!
The big things I’m trying to stock up on are socks (because I lose them) and sports bras (because they are super important).
While I was doing research online I came across the Find Your Perfect Bra Quiz on Under Armour’s website.
Since I already own and love 1 Under Armour sports bra and a ton of cold weather clothes from the company I figured I should take the quiz and find the right bras for the types of activity I’ve been doing.
The quiz leads you through a few questions about activity, style, cups, etc.
Somehow I find answering those types of questions online so much easier than with a salesperson in a store. The anonymous nature of the internet makes certain things easier for a shy girl like me.
Plus, the site is pretty and finds the right match!
I ended up with a mid-impact sports bra – WOMEN’S UA STILL GOTTA HAVE IT BRA.
Details – WOMEN’S UA STILL GOTTA HAVE IT BRA Perfect for anything from Spinning to sit-ups, the UA Still Gotta Have It is sleek, simple, and it’s got the support you need for your favorite mid-impact workouts. The dual layer HeatGear® fabric provides seamless coverage and the body-hugging UA Compression fit lets you stay completely focused on your moves—not what’s moving. The classic design lines are pumped up perfectly with a slim racer back, pop color details, and a soft elastic band. Like the name says: You gotta have this bra.
It actually sounds right on, the price is decent, and the site shows great reviews for it. Time for me to stock up!
Ladies, enjoy the Find Your Perfect Bra Quiz yourself if you are also in the market! :)
I’ve been enjoying the BCG line that they have at Academy. Prices are good and the quality is comparable. I don’t want to invest tons in my workout wear until I’ve lost more weight so BCG is a good option.
I don’t like investing tons either but I definitely want to keep my parts in check while I workout!
Bummer – Under Armour doesn’t carry my size. I have a large chest but a small ribcage (30GG) which makes bra shopping a nightmare. I buy my workout gear at Target or Walmart because I have to special order a sports bra for $75-80. I think a lot of women with big cup sizes avoid exercise because they can’t get the right fit or support in a sports bra off the rack in a store. I know that I was in my mid -20s before I found a sports bra that allowed me to take a cardio group class or go jogging. Hopefully more stores will design for women like me in the future.
