This is how I’m feeling today.
I’m busy. Working. Also trying to figure out how to fix my blog which has been slightly hacked and messed up.
I’m headed out for lunch… that will at least be fun!

- Going to sessions! I had one yesterday.
- Journaling before non-hunger eating
- Facing binges when they happen (or trying to)
- Reading a few books (will review when finished)
- Talking to people close to me about binge eating and food compulsion and why having junk food around isn’t good for me.
5 Things I’m Doing This Weekend
- First personal training session
- Wedding dress fitting
- Making more paper flowers for the wedding
- Shopping for bridesmaid gifts (suggestions? ideas?)
- Being awesome

- Makeup primer
- Bare Minerals makeup
- Water
- Greek Yogurt
- Protein powder
Clearly I’m a mess today. I’m not sure why I’m so clumsy but after a couple things I decided it was just funny and laughed as I pulled on a jacket over my shirt. ;)

Ok, so I kept seeing this “Running Sucks” shirt at the half I ran this past weekend – it wasn’t the one you posted, but I had never seen one at all before and suddenly everyone around had one. I need one!
It’s a Nike shirt. Just google Nike running sucks shirt. They sell it on their site and a bunch of other places have it. There is a men’s version too that looks different because it uses a different font and I’ve seen guys at my gym wearing it. It’s popular apparently!
Oh I absolutely LOVE the first shirt!! And has anyone told you, you have one of those faces that looks different every time? You seem to look different in almost every picture of yours (in a good way!) Haha :)

what happened to your website? It looks fine so you must have fixed it. Ive only dropped one thing on me today, grapefruit juice from eating grapefruit wedges, on my pants and work chair. But it doesn’t look like it stained (yay). Ooh. Love that sarahs story link! Thx!

I am ALWAYS dropping things on my shirt. Yesterday, I insisted on eating my lentil salad wrap in the car while running errands. There was lentil salad on my shirt, on my shorts, on the floor, on the console…I am a mess.
