5 Reasons I’m Doing Friday Five Posts Again
- I missed them.
- It’s easy to format and read.
- My brain is fuzzy with everything else in it.
- It’s Friday, duh.
- I like lists!
My kindle is so full right now and I love it. I’m looking forward to this winter vacation when I’m totally unplugging and reading for hours at a time. It’s going to be so relaxing. It would be better on a warm beach of course, but I’ll deal with candles and puppy cuddles instead.
Hope you all have a strong week and finish out work strong. Next week is Christmas! :)
Hello friend! I love friday five posts, they give definition to my week. Merry Christmas Mary!
Hey! I miss you! I should go take a Chicago vacation soon. :)
Hi, Mary. Hope you had a great weekend. I love Friday 5s, too. (Did one this week.) If you like holiday romance, I have a great one for you (I wrote it!)—only 99 cents.
Oh really? I didn’t know you wrote books! That’s cool! I love those quick little romance books. I’ll download on my kindle and read through them pretty quick as a way to relax and stop thinking about all the normal life stress stuff. It’s fun! :)
What’s the name of yours?
Are you on Bookgorilla? you sign up and they will email you books that are cheap or free and you can order them from Amazon directly to your Kindle. I’ve found so many great books and I only download free ones. There have been a few duds, but if they are free I don’t care! :)
Goodreads is also a good app to connect with other readers.
Happy New Year!
I am on Goodreads but not Bookgorilla. Never heard of that so I’ll check it out! I grab a ton of books from Amazon since they are free or cheap and it keeps me entertained without wrecking my budget. My kindle is the best. :)
I love free stuff! :)
BookGorilla sends an email every day. I get a lot of repeats but that’s okay. The broader scope of genres that you give it, the better. I haven’t bought a book in a long time and have found some fantastic new (to me) authors through BG. I’ll follow you on good reads too. :)
