Right now I’m spending my afternoon in Starbucks drinking a Salted Caramel Mocha.

Seriously, I love this time of year. It’s GORGEOUS outside and everyone is in a happy mood. Starbucks and every other store is gearing up for the Christmas season. Friends are planning trips into town, family is planning get togethers, and parties are happening all the time. I absolutely love this time of year.
I’ve also implemented Sunday Funday Treats, which is why this yummy in my tummy drink is making an appearance.
Taking some inspiration from Donna on Parks and Recreation I’ve decided to go with the “treat yo self” mentality. With daily cardio and a much better diet following my decision to make changes, I’ve cut way back on the sugar and treats in my diet. But Sunday seems like a perfect time to appreciate a good treat or two! I’ll drink my plain 10 calories Americanos during the week and then enjoy something awesome on Sundays!
After this post I’m headed to the gym to get my 30+ minutes of cardio in before dinner. I’ve been doing a great job this week of knocking out cardio every day – from 30 to 50 minutes. It’s a lot easier to enjoy this tasty drink knowing I’m about to hit the gym.
