Congratulation to all the giveaway winners from my end. I wishing a huge success ahead to all. I will definitely try my luck at next time.
This is a really good post. It makes me realize that I have to make sure I am doing things that I will do for the rest of my life, so that once I lose the weight I will not yo-yo! Very insightful
Yay!! So excited!!!
Great guest post, Cynthia. I just started tracking my lessons learned on my blog…two so far but tons more to write. I am losing quickly like you did. I’ve been doin 6 Week Body Makeover since March and I’ve lost 95 pounds, so I know your experience. I also understand being grateful about losing quickly for fear of giving up. I have about 80 more pounds to lose and I can’t imagine losing 175 pounds at 1 pound a week. I’ll admit though, that reading your experience made me nervous because I have wondered about losing too fast. But I think that the program that I’m doing is a lifestyle program, not a diet. I’m cooking my own foods, learning how to eat out as well though, on an exercise program and paying attention to the little things that I have to do on a daily basis to lose and maintain.
Anyway, I liked your entry. Thanks.
