This is where I keep track of my goals and progress. Achieving a healthier life has taken me a lot longer than I ever expected but it’s been the best challenge possible. I’m proud of where I am now compared to where I started.
Weight Loss Goals & Progress
- Run a mile nonstop.
Run a 5k. Do a cartwheel again. Go kayaking.
- Complete a triathlon.
- Learn to salsa dance.
Do a proper pushup. Walk up Rangitoto Island.
- Do a bike race or charity bike ride.
- Go rock climbing indoors.
- Go white-water rafting.
- Snowboard in 10 9 8 7 6 different mountain ranges. (So far: Austrian Alps, Appalachian, Rockies, NZ)
- Take a bootcamp fitness class.
- Do a handstand.
- Do a pullup.
- Do the crow pose in yoga.
