While looking at some red, white, and blue jello shots for the fourth of july, I figured I should try to make something healthier for a party. There is going to be plenty of heavy food with burgers, hot dogs, ribs, chips, etc. Bringing a light dish will be a relief, especially if it’s a hot day. Independence day is a great day to spend time together but it can also be a great time to share healthy recipes!
Below I’ve collected a few of my favorite Fourth of July themed recipes. Most of these can be whipped up pretty quickly and would be so fun to bring to a party!
