A few weeks ago I made the ever popular mini oreo cheesecakes for my mother-in-law’s birthday. They’ve been requested at multiple family events and are always a hit.
I decided to film the process since I’m always trying to remember the steps even though I’ve made these several times over the years.
It’s crazy how easy these are to make considering how cute they are and how much everyone loves them!
The ingredients are so simple:
- 1 package oreos
- sugar
- cream cheese
- eggs
- vanilla
Making them is super easy too as you can see in the video. You will need a mixer but with my awesome stand mixer it’s really quick and easy.
I’m also playing around with recording videos while I make food. I’m planning to record some of our normal healthier meals that we eat every week. Obviously the mini Oreo cheesecakes was a special occasion food and not a normal every day thing we eat. I’m thinking future foodie videos will include some of our favorites like turkey meatloaf, asian turkey lettuce wraps, chicken fajitas, etc.
But sometimes? Celebration foods are the best! Between these Mini Oreo Cheesecakes and the Oreo Cake I always request for my birthday cake, it’s safe to say we are an Oreo dessert loving family! (This is in no way sponsored by Oreo, we just really enjoy them for special occasions!)
Happy Saturday!
