I’ve been taking PhotoBooth photos at work every morning recently. I looooove today’s photo for some reason.
Oh hey! I think I look awesome. My confidence lately is really high. ;)
This morning I missed my pre-work workout in order to go to the post office to mail my Bunac application. I wanted to make sure it got there this week. I was sad I didn’t get my workout in but I’m planning to go to the gym after work instead. Having the flexibility to choose when to workout really helps right now to make every day a good day.
I forgot my lunch at home today. I made it then left the apartment with it sitting on the counter. Now I’m dreaming about eating it or even eating yesterday’s lunch, which was an awesome salad:
Romaine and mixed salad greens with rotisserie chicken, wholly guacamole, black bean & corn salsa, a few no salt tortilla chips, and a hard-boiled egg.
That salad was so delicious. I probably could eat it every day with a few more veggies. I’m definitely wishing I had it again for lunch today. Or anything really. I’m going to have to find a healthy option at a restaurant somewhere close instead. I’m trying to eat cleaner and skip processed foods but occasionally I’m not prepared (or forgetful) and end up relying on something not quite the best.
I’m off to lunch now. I will make some good choices… I’m thinking about getting a grilled tuna sandwich. Yum!
