I decided it was time to go back to the gym today.
Then I got busy and didn’t go. Oops? To be fair I did go on a 2 mile walk with JuJu and have been dancing around all day. This evening I decided to go check out Pinterest and find some motivation and inspiration to actually get back into the gym.

I have also found that Pinterest is a great way to find motivation for staying active. My favorite is “Someone who is busier than you is running right now.” So true! If it’s important to you, you’ll find the time!
I am a massive Pinterest addict and have just started getting really into the fitness category. From insanely ridiculous bikini bodies that I feel like I could only achieve after an Olympic-worthy workout regime to surprisingly epic workout plans. I’ve been using some of their no-equipment, interval training type plans for while I’m traveling and they SERIOUSLY get the heart rate going. Major win!
