Several years ago I wrote a list of all the things I was hoping Santa would bring for the year. It was purely self indulgent and not very helpful like my posts about Christmas gift ideas for weight loss or healthy Christmas gift ideas or healthy stocking stuffer gift ideas. Those might give you useful ideas when shopping. This is purely just stuff I want and have actually asked for this year (Amazon gift lists are requested by certain family members for gifting!).
Everlast EverCool KickBoxing Gloves – Since I’ve been doing more kickboxing classes lately I want some gloves for the classes where we actually hit the bags.
LuxFit Premium High Density Foam Roller – I need a foam roller! Need! My muscles have been so tight and sore after some workouts and it’s a constant struggle to keep my body worked out. I love my massage balls and need to add a foam roller to the rotation.
Zyllion ZMA-13-BK Shiatsu Massage Pillow with Heat – Speaking of massage…. I really want this massage pillow! I saw it on a list of back pain gift ideas and discovered it’s something other people buy and highly rate to help with back pain. It’s also a lot cheaper long term than buying monthly massages.
BlenderBottle Classic Loop Top Shaker Bottle – I love my existing blender bottle and use it often to make both Spark and Advocare meal replacement protein shakes. I’d love to have another one so I am not constantly hand washing the one I have.
Canon PowerShot ELPH140 IS Digital Camera – I have a great digital camera but it doesn’t do video. I’d love a lower end camera like this so I can start doing more DIY videos for YouTube.
Fiskars 12 Inch Portable Scrapbooking Trimmer – I scrapbook a decent amount and lost my original scrapbook trimmer somehow. I’d love this one to get back into the scrapbooking action!
Tombow Dual Brush Pen Art Markers, Primary, 10-Pack – A pack of highly rated markers I’d love to try out. I chose the primary colors but I obviously would take any of the color packs! I love that there is a different type brush on either end which makes these like getting two markers in one.
Sakura 8-Piece Pigma Micron Assorted Colors Ink Pen Set – These pens look amazing! They are fine line, high color, and great quality archival ink. I think I’d find multiple uses for this.
Sakura 24-Piece Koi Assorted Water Colors Field Sketch Set with Brush – I’ve been wanting to try watercolors and I love that this brush is more like a pen than an actual paintbrush. I would love to use these for hand lettering!
Prismacolor Premier Soft Core Colored Pencil, Set of 48 Assorted Colors – Colored pencils! I’ve actually owned a set of these long ago when I was taking multiple art classes (those were the days!) and would love to reunite with a good set. They will be fantastic for coloring books.
Adult Coloring Book: Stress Relieving Animal Designs – Fell in love with this animal design coloring book when I was browsing through them on Amazon. I’d love to color some cute animals!
Secret Garden: An Inky Treasure Hunt and Coloring Book – I’ve heard a lot about this coloring book via blogs and YouTube so I’m excited to get it myself and try it out. I’d love to try it out with multiple mediums since it looks like a really fun coloring book.
Strathmore Blank Watercolor Postcards – I’d love to get these postcards to make cute little designs with the watercolor art supplies listed above. Perfect size!
iGotTech Cable Clips & Cord Management System – If you saw my desk at work, or at home, or any time I set up shop at a coffee shop, you’d know why I want these. It’s amazing how many cords I have at all times and these pretty little guys would help me get them organized.
Fox Run Pig Spoon Holder – Isn’t this cute? It would make a great stocking stuffer and I’m hoping it comes to live with me. I have a pot where it can take up permanent residence!
Starbucks Gift Card – Of course, coffee and coffee gift cards are always a welcome gift. It blows my mind that a few years ago I didn’t even drink coffee because now I’m somewhat addicted to it and drink my favorite coffee drinks daily.
Women’s Long-Sleeve V-Neck T-Shirt from Target – These shirts are amazing! I bought one a few weeks ago and love it so very much. It’s super comfy and loungy and still looks good for layering. My Target is out of them in my size so I’m hoping to grab a couple and maybe get a couple for Christmas! They are only $10 right now.
Kiva Gift of $25 – I’d love this as a gift because it’s something I’ve been meaning to do – start giving & loaning via Kiva! I love small businesses and supporting other women doing this in other countries would be amazing.
Christmas List Thoughts
So yoou might notice a theme in my gift request: coloring! I’m indulging my more creative and artistic side that I’ve neglected a bit. I’ve been using adult coloring books for a while and spent hours during coloring pages during our Thanksgiving trip. It’s my most relaxing hobby and takes me right back to the happiest parts of my childhood. I’m thrilled that it’s a trendy thing right now because that means lots of coloring books and supplies are available these days.
I know I won’t get all of this and am happy to get nothing at all hoenstly. It took me a lot of work to come up with this list because every time I started I thought: “I don’t really need anything.” It’s a wonderful feeling of contentment to know that I really have all my needs and most of my wants in life covered. Sure I came up with a list but really? I’m pretty happy with what I’ve got. That is something that can’t be bought.
