So I started writing down the basics of what I do ever time I work out so I can record it later for my work’s employee wellness program. We can win prizes and such for working out (any exercise in our gym or outside of it for at least 20 minutes) if we do it so many times a month. I have never really been good at keeping track of what I did, but this extra incentive definitely motivated me to keep track of what I did. And since I already have it written down I might as well share it with you guys. :)
11/3 – 45 min swim, 30 min elliptical, 15 min walk treadmill, 15 min abs
11/4 – 40 min walk outside, 10 min stretching, 10 min ab workout
11/6 – 60 min aerobics class, 60 min walk outside
11/10 – 20 min walk treadmill, 20 min walk outside, 20 min elliptical
11/12 – 10 min bike, 5 min stairs, 15 min elliptical, 30 min weights/legs
11/13 – 25 min walk treadmill, 15 min bike, 30 min elliptical
11/14 – 60 min walk outside
11/17 – 30 min elliptical, 20 min bike, 20 min walk treadmill
11/18 – 30 min elliptical, 20 min walk treadmill, 10 min stretching
11/19 – 40 min walk outside, 20 min walk treadmill, 15 min elliptical
11/20 – 30 min elliptical
11/24 – 60 min elliptical, 30 min bike
11/25 – 30 min elliptical
11/27 – 20 walk outside
11/28 – 20 min elliptical, 10 min walk outside
Total – 940 minutes …. or 15.6 hours of working out for November 2008. More than the month before. Yep, yep.
