October Fitness Log

December 4, 2008 by Mary

This post may contain affiliate links. Please read my disclosure for details.

So I started writing down the basics of what I do ever time I work out so I can record it later for my work’s employee wellness program. We can win prizes and such for working out (any exercise in our gym or outside of it for at least 20 minutes) if we do it so many times a month. I have never really been good at keeping track of what I did, but this extra incentive definitely motivated me to keep track of what I did. And since I already have it written down I might as well share it with you guys. :)

10/3 – 30 min elliptical, 20 min walk outside, 30 min weight/arms
10/6 – 30 min elliptical, 20 min ab workout, 10 min stretching
10/7 – 30 min walk outside
10/8 – 60 min walk outside
10/14 – 20 min walk outside
10/15 – 45 min water aerobics class, 30 min swim, 45 min walk treadmill
10/16 – 15 min elliptical, 15 min bike, 20 min weights/leg
10/17 – 120 min water aerobics
10/20 – 30 min elliptical, 30 min weights/legs
10/21 – 20 min ab workout
10/22 – 30 min walk treadmill
10/27 – 30 min elliptical
10/28 – 20 min walk treadmill, 20 min weights/arms

Total – 720 minutes … or … 12 hours of working out in October.  :)
