Weight has been the last thing on my mind these days, but I hopped on the scale yesterday. Down two pounds to 226. Sweet.

Oh my, SO glad you’re okay. Being in Nashville, we were on the alert all this time, but were fortunate. I’m so sorry to see all the damage.
