20 Protein Pancake Recipes & Mix Ideas

April 6, 2018 by Mary

This post may contain affiliate links. Please read my disclosure for details.

One of my most popular recipe posts is my chocolate protein oatmeal pancake recipe. When I first wrote this post in 2015 that was true and it is still true now that I’m updating it in 2018!! It’s something I don’t make very often but always enjoyed when I did make it.

Protein pancakes are a fun way to enjoy pancakes but still get in enough protein for a well balanced meal.

healthy recipe - Chocolate Protein Oatmeal Pancake Recipe

My current favorite pancake is simple and protein packed: I used Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes: Flapjack and Waffle Mix with water. It’s not fancy, but it’s delicious!

With that in mind, I decided to do a recipe roundup of protein pancakes created by other awesome bloggers! I’ve also included affiliate links to my favorite protein pancake mixes, which means if you buy them I’ll make a commission at no extra cost to you.

Hopefully you can make and enjoy these protein pancakes if you’re ever in the mood for some tasty protein packed pancakes.
