Despite starting my DietBet this week I haven’t worked out AT ALL. It’s been a crazy week for me and I could have benefitted from some hard workouts but it slipped through the cracks.
I really want to go burn off some energy though so I’ve already scheduled some workouts for next week:
I haven’t done group exercise classes in so long, which is a shame, because I love them. I’m going to try to pick up my two favorites: Zumba and Kickboxing.
It will be like getting in touch with my exercise soul! Time to kick and shake it off!
