Despite starting my DietBet this week I haven’t worked out AT ALL. It’s been a crazy week for me and I could have benefitted from some hard workouts but it slipped through the cracks.
I really want to go burn off some energy though so I’ve already scheduled some workouts for next week:
I haven’t done group exercise classes in so long, which is a shame, because I love them. I’m going to try to pick up my two favorites: Zumba and Kickboxing.
It will be like getting in touch with my exercise soul! Time to kick and shake it off!

You should do group classes regularly. It is motivating and fun! I am doing Zumba myself. I prefer it more than any other classes because I love dancing.

Just curious how you manage the late night classes after work with cooking dinner? Do you eat at a set time each day

Not currently. It’s my first week so I’m not sure how I’ll handle it but I will just eat whenever. It’s just me so it’s not like I have to accomodate for a family dinner time. :)

Great job putting it on your calendar Mary!!!! I wanted to do some confidence builders this week so I created a 7 day dress challenge where my followers and me HAVE to wear a dress or a skirt every day for 7 days! I am hoping that the confidence I gain from that this week will help me with starting Insanity next week, yikes! LOL. I always have to put workouts on the calender. It helps make sure I don’t slack off and get them done. I like to put the outcomes there too for continued motivation!
