Yesterday I finally got to go to a gym and got a workout in. I’ve missed the elliptical machine! I felt so good to actually do 30 minutes of hard cardio rather than just walking. It made me terribly happy. Exercise tends to do that with all those fun endorphins. I’m hopefully going back to that gym every day this week so I’ll keep up the awesome workouts before getting stuck traveling this weekend.
Yesterday, today and tomorrow I’m also busy packing/cleaning/storing/selling/shipping everything that I own plus a lot of my family’s stuff for a yard sale this weekend. Like I said, we somehow have a lot of things. How did that happen? But since I can’t afford to bring everything with me, nor do I want to, I am trying to get rid of lots of things. A few I wanted to offer up to y’all out in fitness blogland.
