Small Steps Add Up

Where oh where do I begin?

Some tasks seem so daunting when you look at the whole challenge in front of you.

But when you break things down it never seems as bad. Never seems as hard.

Case in point:

GrantGannon: It’s easier than you might think! I started with 20 minutes on a treadmill, 8 months later it was an oly distance tri!

Small steps people. Baby steps if necessary.

so true- thats why Im a big fan of writing to do lists. It doesnt seem so bad when you cross each little thing off as you do it.

I live by the idea of breaking things down into smaller more manageable tasks/goals. It seems for me I can tackle the smaller things easier and am less intimidated by it.
