Losing 50 pounds clued me in to how much life can be at a smaller weight and size. I still want to lose a few more pounds because I know the benefits of losing weight are worth it. While plus size clothing has made amazing progress in the last few years there is still a gap in the cuteness level between plus size clothing and standard size clothing. While I firmly believe a plus size person can wear anything they want (fashion “rules” are silly!), I’ve found in my own life that the smaller I got the cuter my clothes got. This was partly because my clothing options expanded and partly because I was more confident due to losing weight.
