This Week Will Be…

December 11, 2011 by Mary

It’s going to be a good week.

I’ve already decided. It’s going to be an awesome week. I’m not even sure what this means regarding all the details of the week, but I know it will be good.

Maybe I’m thinking it will be a good week because we have lots of ripe bananas that means lots of peanut butter and banana sandwiches.

peanut butter and banana

(Mmmmmm.)

Maybe I’m thinking it will be a good week because I’ve started it off right with a lower body workout including:

IMG_0587

  • Squats – 2 sets at 132 lbs
  • Squat & Throws – 4 sets of 10 with 5 lb ball
  • Leg Press – 2 sets at 308 lbs
  • Straight Leg Deadlifts – 2 sets at 88 lbs
  • Lying Leg Curls – 2 sets at 44 lbs
  • Calf & Toe Raises – 3 sets each bodyweight
  • Biking!

(Nothing makes you feel better than a workout!)

Maybe I’m thinking it will be a good week because I‘m planning to make it a good week. Maybe the things I have planned like creating a 2012 vision board, deciding on weight loss rewards, and starting to create my office, have my really excited about the future.

(More about all those awesome things later.)

Yep, it is definitely going to be a good week!

I hope yours is too!

Nothing like the power of positive thinking, or banana and peanut butter sandwiches for that matter :-)
    Hope your week rocks Mary!

Wow that’s inspirational. I recently started my weight loss journey a little less than 6 months ago. My parents have helped people lose weight for years through their natural weight loss supplements. My smart mother the herbologist actually created them herself. When they moved, I took over their business and had to make a change for myself as well. How am I supposed to tell others what to do without doing it myself?

So a lifestyle change was inevitable.. I began to take my families natural weight loss supplements for the first time. It was a great start. It helped me replace all the sugars and carbs for protein and fiber.. Yes it was amazing that I was completely satisfied with the food I ate!! I began to feel a lot more energetic from the supplements and food I ate. At the end you are what you eat. I signed up with a gym near my house and have been working out ever since. It took a while to make that a daily habit but now I can’t go without it. The euphoric feeling that you get from working out is really irreplaceable.

I’m finally reaching my weight loss goal and I feel so great about it. Your story is so inspring and pics are so great. I had to share my story with you too :)
