On 2.5.08 my campus of Union University suffered a direct hit by a F-4 tornado. The tornado damaged or destroyed 80% of the dorms and several other buildings. Despite 1200 students being on campus at the time of the tornado, no one lost their lives. So many stories from students on campus show the divine providence and grace of God. Our community truly experienced the grace of God and our hearts go out to those across the Mid-South that suffered much greater losses.Here are some of the statements from Union University President David Dockery’s daily update:
