Weekend Check In

Merry Go Round

It’s the end of the week! Hurray! I’m so looking forward to next week because I’m pretty sure it’s going to be an awesome week. Come on Monday!

Blog Notes

  • Still not weighing in. I think I might start again once I start training again. Perhaps next will include a weigh in. ;)
  • First 2011 goals check in happened. I’m doing okay and making progress on all my goals.

Week Highlights

  • After looking through The Stack this week before putting them back I noticed a pair of size 16 blue pants mixed in. What?!? I took those babies out and have been wearing them this week.
  • Mammoth Supply Co Apple & Blueberry Yogurt.
  • Discovering Mongolian BBQ last night. I’ve found a new favorite food. That dinner was so delicious.

Upcoming

  • The kitty’s owners wanted to keep it with the mom a little while longer so we should actually get him this week. I can’t wait! Please expect lots of pictures and fun kitty loving on the blog soon.
  • Starting my new training plan this week. I’m looking forward to getting back into it instead of repeating a week with random workouts like this one.

Posts I Loved This Week

  • Reader Nicole C’s first post on her new blog! I love when you guys start blogging and I get to read about your lives. :)
  • This top ten list/manifesto from Fitnessista is great.
  • Bitch Cakes recap of her Empire State Building run up is really inspiring.

Are you excited for the week to come? It’s going to be great!!

Congrats on the size 16!! I can’t wait to start pulling out all my old clothes. I was looking at my clothes today thinking I have nothing to wear but I’m not gonna buy anything until I lose some weight. Have a great weekend!!

Well, technically I was already wearing 16s. These pants were just new to me because they were hidden in the “too small 14s” haha. Yay almost new pants! :)

They really are always good. Even if it’s a found “new” pair. :)

Thanks for being an inspiration. I’ve been stagnant my ENTIRE LIFE (no joke) and today, I got up and moved for a hour. I’ve never felt better… more focused, more relaxed, more happy…

It’s only been a day, but I think with people like you around, I can make it a lifestyle.

That’s awesome! Moving even a little bit every day will go a long way to making you feel better. It doesn’t even have to be a whole hour even. Great job today though! I’m sure you can keep it up! :)

Congrats on fitting your size 16s! You look fantastic and you are doing great! :)

(You are braver than me with the not-weighing. I have been at my target weight for a year now and I still weigh every morning.)
