Since my refocus on weight loss, or the start of Act II as my friend Gretchen is calling her new beginnings, things have been going well.
I feel really good and excited for this process. I lost weight last week and I lost weight this week and though it’s not major numbers I’m feeling energized by the progress.
I made a video this week for the weigh in and to share some of my thoughts.
Here are the numbers:
- HW: 255
- LW: 209
- CW: 208.2
I decided to leave my goal weight off this week. I’m not sure seeing how far away I am is that motivating. Instead I added LW for last weight for my weighin the week before.
Anyway, lost .8 this week and I’m really optimistic for next week and finally getting under 200 in a couple weeks. Plus I found my video camera that I thought I had lost so videos might get more exciting soon. Things are all good here!
