Yes, welcome back. Some of you may have been here all along, or have just found my blog, but a few of you are returning. You are coming back after an absence from weight loss blogs… and healthy living.
You might have been gone a few months or you might have been gone for several years.
Chances are you’ve gained a few pounds. Maybe even 50. Maybe even 100. Maybe you’ve gained back everything you lost in the first place.
Life has been hard since you’ve been gone. You stopped caring about yourself for whatever reason. Food was the easy way to comfort. I know how that goes. Most of us do. We don’t judge. All that matters is that you are back and you are ready to commit yourself to living the healthiest lifestyle you can.
You can do this.
It’s a new year and a new chance for you. For all of us. We all get new starts and do-overs when we need them, without guilt or feeling like a failure. Let’s take advantage of this new chance we have by making some progress and standing our ground.
